Pros

Apex invests in both its people and companies (they call them 'partners', a sign of respect for the business) in an authentically long term way. Technicians share in the success they generate, and those who support them have outstanding career growth, too. Fast growing, challenging, and fully of opportunity (as new jobs are almost always offered internally first!)

Cons

This is a newer, FAST growing company.... some will prefer a more predictable, "asked and answered" environment. For example, standard procedures do not always exist, so people are encouraged to develop them as they figure out best practices. Yes the company can be high reward, but expect to work hard and manage some ambiguity.

hybrid -- WFH once a week

Cons

office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

Pros

Great company with lots of opportunities. Friendly staff and management

Cons

Extremely fast-paced. Not enough time to learn and process. Need at least a 60-day onboarding to be fully operational. Fantastic training and continued education
