Pros

Fast growing entrepreneurial environment with decent pay for performance.

Cons

Unfortunately the values and actions of the company do not align. They discard people and processes like food waste. They'll take all your "recipes", tell you they're the best "meals" ever, but then throw you out with the table scraps.

hybrid -- WFH once a week

Cons

office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

Great company with lots of opportunities. Friendly staff and management

Cons

Extremely fast-paced. Not enough time to learn and process. Need at least a 60-day onboarding to be fully operational. Fantastic training and continued education
