Pros

Joined this company in May and am fully satisfied. Support from HR and Immigration is very good and haven't faced any problem so far. There will be a periodic review every week and this will give us an opportunity to improve and also voice any issues. Most of the leaders came from delivery background and they fully understand the ground level issues and provide support whenever required. Also the talent is recognized pretty fast if we shown the commitment and bring new ideas. Recommend this company whoever wants to come, grow by showing their full capacity in the their area of expertise. 100% recommend this company for any new comer who wants to come grow in their career

Cons

Haven't observed any to document. HR, Legal and other operational delays are there with every company and don't want to highlight as big con and they can be resolved by working with the concerned directly and through escalations

Pros

Apexon provides strong exposure to cutting-edge AI and enterprise technology initiatives. There are opportunities to work with talented teams across data, AI/ML, cloud, and digital engineering projects. Leadership encourages innovation and creativity, and employees are often given ownership over impactful client-facing work. Fast-paced environment with room to learn new skills and contribute to high-visibility initiatives.

Cons

Like many consulting organizations, priorities and timelines can shift quickly depending on client needs. Processes and communication between teams can occasionally be improved, especially during fast-moving projects. Workloads may fluctuate during major delivery periods. Bonus opportunities are available, but they are generally more accessible at higher organizational levels, which can feel limiting for some employees earlier in their career progression.
