Pros

Other UX designers are great team members and there is effort towards a sense of community. The current manager cares about the future of the UX program.

Cons

The company doesn't utilize the UX team efficiantly, and if you end up on the bench for two weeks due to a lull in SOW signing you are layed off. Also all information about the product isn't always available to the designers, only to lead to a surprise requirement too late in the process. Also, very few opportunities for advancement, very complicated system for tracking achievments.

Pros

Apexon provides strong exposure to cutting-edge AI and enterprise technology initiatives. There are opportunities to work with talented teams across data, AI/ML, cloud, and digital engineering projects. Leadership encourages innovation and creativity, and employees are often given ownership over impactful client-facing work. Fast-paced environment with room to learn new skills and contribute to high-visibility initiatives.

Cons

Like many consulting organizations, priorities and timelines can shift quickly depending on client needs. Processes and communication between teams can occasionally be improved, especially during fast-moving projects. Workloads may fluctuate during major delivery periods. Bonus opportunities are available, but they are generally more accessible at higher organizational levels, which can feel limiting for some employees earlier in their career progression.
