      Management needs a lot of work. The company is over expanding without properly setting up current locations. The case loads get quite intense due to overly high turn over rate. Management does not listen to concerns. Pay is the lowest in the ABA field.

      Pros

      They value good employees and make them feel heard. Competitive pay. Fair bonus structures. Overall good work culture.

      Cons

      OMs and CDs are working across 2 locations and can make it difficult when you need more support.

      Pros

      Schedule is lenient. Good if you have an emergency come up. The work environment is generally good too if you like your coworkers

      Cons

      Scheduling is lenient. We are contracted 35 hours a week but it’s difficult to hit that. We randomly get scheduled late starts and early leaves and HR doesn’t want you clocked in even a minute early. Due to the nature of the field, it’s hard to keep a 1:1 ratio of client to tech, so during the times where we have more techs than clients, a lot of people miss out on hours.
