Pros
When I started out with the company the benefits and training was excellent. We were rewarded for hard work, good numbers and outstanding customer service. But the company got in trouble for unethical enrollment practices, low graduation rates and financial issues.
Cons
The moral and positive support dropped as the company lost money each quarter. The environment became uncomfortable to work at as people never knew if they would be the next one laid off. Rewards and kudos for hard work and good numbers stopped. They got rid of most of the perks that made University of Phoenix a fun and rewarding place to work.
