      Good opportunity for a knowledgeable applicant to negotiate a reasonable wage. The acquisition has shored up some of the bleeding. It can't get much worse?

      Cons

      Pay has stagnated, management has been changing the culture for the worse. Knowledge has left the company at an alarming rate.
