Pros
The people (low-level management and below) are talented, hard-working people with a lot to offer. Some great friendships have materialized at the workplace. Actually they're the only reason many of us show up at work these days. Pay seems to be decent for the job roles.
Cons
Upper management (VPs and above) seem to have no clue what is going on or how to run a company. They also seem to think very highly of themselves. Morale is at its worst I've ever seen in the last five years. A lot of talented, hard-working people with a lot of industry and company knowledge have been let go for reasons that make no sense whatsoever.
