Pros
The pay-scale, benefits, vacation/sick time.
Cons
Lack of initiative, no room for growth, poor corporate policies, ever changing standards, inflexibility of schedules, lack of communication within the company. There used to be extreme room for advancement, income, flexibility, excellent benefits and leadership and since new corporate/company policies have been in place there is no employee moral, it is not enjoyable, there is no incentive, and people are trapped into a dissatisfying job because they cannot afford to lose their salary. In addition to that income discrepancy is absolutely absurd, there are people doing the same job as me (enrolling even less, performing worse) and they are more than doubling my salary because they were there hired at the right time and made the necessary moves to do so. There is no incentive to work when someone is making more than double, almost triple your salary, and performing worse, and you will never be able to reach that salary regardless of your work performance because of the "changes" that have taken place.
