Pros
The benefits are great, you have paid vacation up to 4 weeks, sick, company holidays and if you like working with people this is the best experience you can ever have.
Cons
Growth opportunities, pay structure needs to be improved. When positions close instead of giving the employees an opportunity to work in different departments or locations they are just let go.
