Pros
Good employee benefits, in terms of educational advancement, medical, etc. Innovative environment, although most opportunities are not given much of a chance to take off. Compensation varies; market analysis needs improvement.
Cons
The only consistent element of Apollo Education is “Change” (RE: Corporate structure and strategy.) New Leadership is in constant confusion and disagreement - Very numbers driven (instead of student focused.) Frequent layoffs with cut-throat procedures (typically right before the Holidays) with zero regard for employees during the reduction process.
