Pros
Tuition benefits are available for employees, spouses and dependents. For anyone wanting to earn a graduate degree, or dependents who want to return to school, the benefits are great.
Cons
The organization continues to downsize and there is a constant sense of insecurity. More layoffs are expected before the end of the year. Enrollment teams have to bid for shifts and for this year, the two worst months of the year are how the bids are measured.
