Pros
Apollo Education Group, parent company to University of Phoenix and a dozen other universities world-wide, exists for a great reason: help educate those who already have jobs, and can't deal with regular universities. The culture equals the mission, with everyone marching to a good goal.
Cons
Still suffering from bad decisions made a decade ago, all by C-level staff long gone and now running Grand Canyon University (immune to government and media scrutiny due to the "Christian University" status, in my opinion), Apollo is in the cross-hairs of the SEC, DOE, and Wall Street as enrollment numbers decline, and the education landscape changes as every state U now offers online adult-focused education. This has created a environment in decline, with constant change inside trying to find the new "niche."
