Pros
Actually get to help people - generally procrastinators -- make an important change in their lives and positively affect future careers, earning potential, and generations of future learners. One job where you really can make a difference. Generally very ethical how we treat students and customers, but not so much the way staff is treated.
Cons
No incentive to work hard -- a sales job with a set salary (and no raises in the last 3+ years) and extremely limited opportunities to advance (unless you are willing to relocate to "the mothership" in Phoenix). You and your co-workers get paid the same whether you are a top performer or the laziest slacker.
