Pros
You do technically get a discount on attending school through their subsidiary University of Phoenix. Although the reputation is bad it's not completely justified.
Cons
The industry right now is getting hit hard by the government which is really impacting the company overall. There have been reorganizaitons every 6 months, so there isn't much job stability.
