Pros
Was a great place to work at. Exposed to a whole bunch of technologies focused on varied projects. Great people who all wanted to succeed....BUT ... What can I say about top management... Some of their decisions and choices were really mind boggling. Over a period of 4 years, starting with the frenetic hiring combined with a bunch of botched projects and then the layoffs year over year over year and then almost quarterly really cut the wings of any initiative that had any chance if reviving this sinking ship.

Certainly not recommended until the sale goes through. The environment is way too unstable and any hires right now would be faced with a very uncertain future.
