Apollo has a fast-paced environment and it's definitely the best place to learn how to pivot and thrive. Great and strong leadership.

Cons

Apollo can do better at inspiring psychological safety to all employees.

Thanks for being part of our amazing CS LATAM team and for the shout out on the strength of the leadership team and the learning environment we have. We take the topic of psychological safety super seriously and want to create a culture where people can give and take feedback assuming positive intent along the way from all involved. It's a crucial element of any high performance culture I've been involved in when I've worked in companies like HubSpot, Meta and Microsoft and I know here and Apollo we feel the same. Happy to chat more about it, so please feel free to ping me to discuss further, or feel free to reach out to HR or your direct leader to discuss even more (if you haven't already), as we'd love to know more on how we can improve, thanks, Declan

Pros

Only the fact that it's remote work, and maybe not even that.

Cons

Not even sure where to start with this company. This is probably one of the most erratic companies I have NOT had the pleasure of being a part of. The lack of structure within job roles is alarming. There were several employees that I worked with who literally had no idea what their true job descriptions were, with the responsibilities and priorities within roles shifting almost daily, leaving people stressed and confused. Upper management is absolutely clueless about the day-to-day, nor do they care to be involved. The expectation is to "just do" and "do it fast" without question, even at the expense of your time, mental health ect. I honestly have never experienced such a company absent a clear framework. They use about 100 different "productivity tools," which makes it close to impossible to work cohesively and produce high-quality work. Everyone is basically operating on their own and "hoping" for successful results. The turnover is super high, and people are leaving left and right, which is a huge red flag. I would not at all recommend this company if you are looking for a place that offers any kind of structure, work-life balance, or an organized environment.
