Pros
Amazing people that worked there and a lot of in office perks and team bonding. Met some of my favorite people there and they organized a lot of fun in office events.
Cons
They refuse to back fill positions once someone leaves. My team when I started was 7 people and when I left it was only 3 with no intention of back filing. Their initiation was to automate work but that took time, and I often found myself working until midnight most nights. As far as growth it seemed they would rather hire people with "outside experience" rather than promote from within. I loved working there and didn't mind the overtime because I was very passionate about the product and culture but was met with closed doors. I felt forced to leave to get that outside experience and growth in my career that I needed to push myself as I felt I had outgrown the position I was in.
