Pros
Random days off and bonuses given at team meetings, remote work, and the ability to get involved in lots of different projects
Cons
LOTS of recent high level departures such as our most senior product designer, director of engineering, HR and recruiting. It makes me worried that so many people are leaving. Also, there is a big tech bro culture here. The OG's want to drink and hang out with each other, but it doesn't seem inclusive to others who don't share those interests or feel safe partaking during covid. Also, our business strategy is really confusing and unclear, but for the most part, I can still do my day to day without getting to caught up with that.
