Pros
The company went through a hard period in 2022 but they have really turned it around. I noticed a big change in 2023. The company feels more stable and it's actually fun to work here again. They send out a lot of surveys and actually implement the feedback. They even sent out a health benefits survey to see what was most important to us. I've never worked at a company that takes listening to its employees so seriously. They really seem to care and to actually do stuff. The culture is fun. The CEO genuinely seems like he wants you to enjoy what you do. They do an all expense paid vacation trip at the end of every year. Last year we went to Cancun. They also really value work-life balance.
Cons
I think compensation could be better. They used to have better perks and they are adding more but it's not as many perks as Google or other tech companies. It's fully remote, which can be hard. They do meetups a couple of times a year to connect.
