Pros

Pay was pretty decent, Some Doctors and Nurses were very friendly, Some PCA and Nurse Aides were very friendly also, had an Ice Cream Vending Machine

Cons

Non-Livable Wage, Management did not care about PCA or Nursing Aides, Short Breaks, Rude Nurse and Nurse Aides, Drama, Help would sometimes be delayed if you had a combative patient, Some Nurse and Nurse Aides would put the needs of themselves over top of patients, Schedule not flexible, Cannot get a raise or promoted unless you have a degree, forced to work if there was inclement weather, poor benefits.
