Pros
- Collaborative team environment - HQ is very nice (free food often, free snacks and soft drinks all the time, wide open working space with plenty of huddle rooms) - Have a wonderful onboarding process that helps you integrate with the team quickly and acquire a lot of useful knowledge fast
Cons
- Administrative things are sometimes confusing because they don't do them on the typical end of year mark (benefit selection taking effect, bonuses / merit increases )
