There are lots of really smart people here, and there is very clear career track and organized processes. I feel like leadership cares about both my career and my contributions. Decent work-life balance compared to other places I've worked.
Cons
Typical belt-tightening activities during this "recession". For example, home office reimbursements abruptly ended with no explanation.
