While working at Appian, I have been welcomed and supported by members from all layers of the organization. The Customer Success leadership at this company is really invested in encouraging growth and is receptive to new ideas. The CS Department also has a great program targeted for first year employees out of college to connect them with other members through fun activities. The interview process was very thorough which allowed me to get a strong understanding of the company and its culture. The company has a great recognition program which ensures that employees feel valued and important.
