Politics and partiality filled atmosphere from higher management perspective.
Hire and Fire policy that i am observing since the beginning
(1) Its been a month you are in the company and the next thing you might face is that you are fired because company feel's that they doesn't have a relevant position for you any-more. Why in the first place they hired you is a question then.
(2) If the higher management doesn't like you , you are fired ..no matter how good you are at work or how well you are performing or how many years you have served the company.
Continuously changing policies and No communication to the employees.
Forget about increments . Even if it happens Rich will become more richer and poor will become more poorer . They have had such increments in the past .(an year ago nothing for this and next year)
You are a good performer ? So what ? Equal treatment to good bad and average performer. you might feel demotivated if you are a good one.
Transport department behaviour towards employees is extremely rude and partial . They have a monopoly of their own and they know employees do not have any platform to go and complain about them.
Similarly it goes for IT department except that they are not rude but are extremely lazy to fix your issues. and most of the times they have the solution of formatting your laptop (if you nag them too much for solution) without understanding the problem or else directing you to the dell centre.
No or 0% onsite opportunities.
India team is still treated as offshore contractors and not really as a part of the global team.
