Pros
You have a job. There's 10 days of paid vacation a year. U get paid holidays. u have health insurance, it's not good but you have it. u could stream through the lobby and not get fired bc they are so desperate for workers.
Cons
Horrible management that plays god. They violate all of your workers rights. Depending on the branch u may have extremely toxic co workers. If u want to move up you have to do way more work than you were paid to do. your work is your work and all of the managers work is also your work. good luck ever having plans after work. if you call out be ready to be tried by a jury of ur peers. You have sales goals but no commissions or incentives at all. the system is outdated and the policies are strict so transactions are difficult. the training is not sufficient to do your job to standard so you are set up to fail and often will if you don't put yourself under a lot of stress to make up for the trainings shortcomings.
