      Pros

      Working at apple bank was eh ok. They had decent hours. Ok pay. Low call volume. The location wasnt far from me.

      Cons

      The call center was in a basement of one of the branches. Only one exist. Management wasnt helpful in the time of need. Very uncomfortable working environment.
