Pros
Good pay. Fun projects, especially for those that are technical and can lead themselves.
Cons
Use to be pretty good, but over the last 2 years there has been a shift in culture at Apple. No work from home recently which is absurd. Senior leadership is full of themselves, delusional and out of touch with reality. No one wants to be in the office, and collaboration can be done with Webex and internet access as the pandemic has shown. Middle management comes in may different types, and styles. Most of them agree with those complaining, but have no power to stop or change anything. A lot of turnover and reorgs. I've been through over 20 reorgs in my time at Apple.
