Pros
Pay is good, being granted RSU stock every year is also a nice perk. Good benefits and options for time off as well. Most of the people I've worked with throughout the years have been amazing and talented people. Same goes for management - MOST of the management I've dealt with directly has been fantastic.
Cons
Zero work-life balance. No more promotional opportunities for remote advisors; can only work onsite if you want to move up, and all the onsite offices are in expensive areas. Inbound calls are awful; needy, self-righteous customers who you're forced to cater too and will be chastised if you mess up documenting any data. It's clear that upper management does not care about their employees at all and only care about $$$$$ and their bottom line. I've been at Apple over a decade and the morale and culture has significantly declined over the past few years.
