      Pros

      You will never be bored. Fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Management. From the regional managers to branch managers. It's a turn and burn environment. They use new employees to build pipelines for seasoned recruiters. Training is promised but not really provided. It's a sink or swim situation. VERY HIGH TURN OVER FROM BRANCH MANAGERS TO RECRUITERS!!!

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
