      An easy way to gain customer service experience, a lot of phone call time as well as interviews. Positive and friendly working environment and staff.

      Cons

      Not enough training as I expected, a lot of repeating works, can't see oneself growing too much from it.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
