Pros
I recently returned to the United States and was NOT looking forward to looking for a job when all of references were in a distant time zone an spoke another language. I just happened upon this company and thought it would be a good place to start. In less than a day --seriously thanks to Katie Wilkes is was in hours-- I had a lead on a job I would otherwise never have applied for. The "temp" job I'm really enjoying on its way to becoming permanent.
Cons
They expect you to be able to prove your skills and require that you complete certain tasks and tests. That really worried me, so I took a few courses at Lynda.com (which were excellent). In the end, I was glad for both the review process and of being able to prove my qualifications.
