Pros

They provide lot's of training. The commission structure is better compared to other's in the industry. You get a base of $40,000 to start.

Cons

To be successful you need to do sales and recruiting. They think a sales person should also be a recruiter. No room for growth. You are constantly asked to do thinks that don't generate revenue or have to do with sales. You also have to be a receptionist and do lot's of admin work. They take a long time to pay out your commission.

Pros

Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

Cons

Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

Pros

I have been working with Cynthia Torocsik and she has been fantastic. As someone that was laid off recently as so many have, it has been humbling and challenging finding my next opportunity. Cynthia and her support team incudling Katie have been a great support both finding temporary work to help ends meet while they help me get back on my career path. Great people at AppleOne

Cons

I wish more organizations partnered with them.
