Pros
If you like fast-paced, you won't be bored ... that's about it. There is a career path, but so many old-timers still sitting in seats it might be a while.
Cons
Their business model makes it hard to produce the #'s they require; which makes it hard to make the $$$ you were told was possible. Your staffing/sourcing, cold calling, trying to get placements (either temp or perm), trying to get new job orders/clients AND also, answering the phones, doing administrative paper work and spending time interviewing people you will probably never help get a job due to poor skills.
