      Pros

      You have a lot of autonomy Great right-out-of-school job

      Cons

      Corporate does not help feed leads to the branch level. Lots of cold calling and door knocking to find clients that are hiring. No accountability for other sales people to input their opportunities to fill positions into the company wide database because they would instead rather get fill and client credit.

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
