Pros
Pay for that particular call center was okay as long as you were given full time hours.
Cons
No benefits; the company allowed employees from home to visit other sites between calls but if you were physically in the center they wouldn't allow you to visit other sites. High turn around rate since people were always quitting to find full time work.
