      Pros

      I enjoyed recruiting and coaching candidates and matching them with open positions. It was rewarding to facilitate a step forward for job seekers.

      Cons

      The location manager who I directly reported to was often toxic and difficult to work with.

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
