This is a great company to start with. You will run a full desk, have a lot to balance and it will prepare you to move onto other recruiting positions where you can bring your experience and increase your salary.
Cons
The base pay is extremely low. The commission structure is also low. Compared to other agencies they probably pay the lowest.
