Pros
Bernie Howroyd started the company with brilliant, inspiring philosophies about human nature and how to apply them to recruiting and staffing. The training was excellent and the business model was designed to teach you how to run a profitable business while bringing great people and companies together.
Cons
The main ingredient in what made this a rewarding experience has been lost; profit seems to be the only driver.
