Pros
As a temporary worker, you are introduced to different fields of work that have the potential to turn into a full-time position. Some projects have hard deadlines and offer a quick and fun day of work. All the companies I was outsourced to work for were incredibly grateful and caring. It was a great experience that allowed me the opportunity to find things I was interested in, or vice-versa.
Cons
Projects could end with a week's notice and sometimes it is difficult to find a new company to work for. Some of the recruiters are great, while others are too swamped to give you the best options. You are only given opportunities based on your current experience, if you are trying to level up in your career I would advise you to reconsider temporary work. The pay is fair for the workload but doesn't match the local market pay. Just know that your temporary agency makes money off of you and your performance, any job offer that comes along will have a clause that they will receive something in return. At the end of the day, temporary agencies are a business and their product is you.
