Pros
AppleOne used to have a strong culture, that encouraged individuals to grow, and earn uncapped commission. It welcomed innovation and supported and trusted leaders to build winning teams.
Cons
Today, AppleOne has forgot how to listen to their players in the field. Instead of trusting what the front line is seeing, hearing, doing, they are focused on what the executives think - and trusting them. Unfortunately, the executives in this organization are so far removed from the daily operations, their knowledge becomes irrelevant, and they spend all of their time, wasting the time of the leaders in the field to 'check the box' on various meetings. This allows them to appear as if they are valuable or responsible for any type of success at the branch level.
