Pros
The tips were amazing while we were busy. Which was only nights but mostly weekends. I got to meet some incredibly cultural people while increasing my communication and people skills.
Cons
The main manager, at the time, was mean and all the females working there cried at least once because of him. He was very intimidating and wanting to control everything. They hired druggie people and some who didn't care about even showing up for work. One of the managers was a single mom and she had to work as a waitress just to pay for her bills. Another manager (at the time) was selling drugs outside in the parking lot at night and doing them too.
