Pros
My management team was flexible and mostly helpful. More than a few actually cared about their employees. The schedule is flexible and regulars i made over time kept me there.
Cons
in the last several years the management at the Area Director level was inhumane at best. It was obvious that hourly employees were seen as disposable and easily replaceable. A lack of general respect was felt. This is not a blanket statement, just in the region I worked in.
