only 50 hours per week scheduled had some weekends off could backup days off with next weeks days off 4 person management teams benefit package was fairly average
Cons
impossible to bonus with the quarterly structure little details like paint on a rail would be over emphasized by area manager and marked on in house inspections yearly raise was no more than the growth of inflation so was hard to get ahead if you were a high achiever little to no culture. You go in do a job and leave
