Pros
It's great for fast cash and the hours are flexible because you set your schedule. Enough employees to get coverage if you need it because people want the extra money.
Cons
Poor management. You're kind of just seen as a number. They don't always follow your availability and schedule you for days you can't work. Unusually long shifts for a restaurant - you don't actually leave until at least 2 hours past your end shift time. Granted, no restaurant worker leaves at the scheduled end time of their shift but it was just absurd here. Difficult to get a hold of managers to sign you out, employees assigned to checking your side work could be nit picky and make you do extra work, employees frequently don't show up or call out, resulting in the managers begging you to cover for them. Corporate restaurants are usually just more difficult to work at than privately owned ones.
