High Pressure Lot's of Negative reinforcement - Server/Waiter Applebee's Employee Review

Working at Applebee's is by no means easy. The training is minimal, the computer is designed to make life more difficult and confusing (obviously it wasn't but it makes no sense and is very labor intensive) and the customers constantly are evaluating you for any minimal trivial reason to leave you a zero tip. That being said the challange when met and overcome is a reward in itself. Frustrating to think if the customer base did the bare minimum your earnings would raise by between 5 and 12 percent. With all this I'm still successful and am on track to earn 30 - 35,000 this year (2021).
