Pros

Paid consistently and trained adequately

Cons

Lots of issues. Scheduling is a nightmare, and you will be overworked. I asked for >18 hrs/week (due to being a full time student), and was given 4 days consecutively, 24 hrs/week. Coworkers are decent, but there is a culture of gossip which even managers will partake in. They will belittle physically or mentally disabled employees behind their back. The communication is abysmal, and often leaves staff confused and not knowing what they're supposed to be doing during a busy day. Treatment of disabled workers is awful, I told management I was physically disabled and required breaks throughout my shift due to chronic pain, and was often belittled for taking these breaks. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT OR DISABLED IN ANY WAY

Pros

Short drive, Half off food, Will work with you with your schedule.

Cons

GM unprofessional. Not appreciated for your experience and what u can bring to the table. Tips were poor. Poor customer base. Antiquated POS. No patience to train properly. Are bullies. Heating and AC do not work properly. Extreme favoritism. Do not recommend. Oh and if you didn't make your sales quota, u were told you would lose hours. If a table walked out without paying, they made u pay the difference. Callous, unprofessional, employees came last. Sales is all that matters.
