Pros
its corporate so they have to follow regulations that a lot of mom and pop restaurants tend to not follow. They have been accommodating with my changing schedule and availability but I can only speak for my location. The job is very fast paced but the side work is minimal compared to some other restaurants. The menu is easy and simple to remember.
Cons
It can be hard to grow with the company if that is something you are interested in. The hardest part is being trained on bartending but after that I am sure management would move you up if you wanted to. Co-workers can be stingy about their shifts so you have to be carefully asking off certain days, if you do it once, and someone else gets the shift, you have now most likely lost that shift for a long time.
