Pros

Very clear and set path for moving up, consistent recipes and ease of access/learning is very streamlined with the training platform they use. If you are a line cook at another restaurant that has a flat top or fryers you will very easily do well in this company. Reviews happen every 6 months and can be accompanied by raises along with your performance evaluation. 40% discount on food at the establishment, 15% at any other store as per this franchises 'contract' if you can call it that. If you are queer lgbtq etc you could even use your preferred name in the system they use.

Cons

No breaks are guaranteed and eating on shift is discouraged company wide with little to no exceptions. This particular franchise states that you cannot purchase alcohol nor sit at the bar if you are an employee dining at the location you work at. Pay ceiling is weak for line cooks. You will earn up to 16.50, 17.00 if you end up a neighborhood expert. Management here was very lopsided, I do not recommend this location specifically because of that. If you work at this establishment you can be forced to work a longer shift based on staffing etc, this is franchise wide - it needs to be addressed.
