Great teamwork, casual restaurant, no bussers so you get to keep most of your tips (tip out bartender), hosts also get tipped, easy menu to remember, laid back, they like to promote within
Cons
Recently became corporate, now you have to get customers to complete 8 surveys for you or you get shifts taken away, need to have a certain amount of customers use Ted on table to pay which can be a hassle of they're elderly or don't like the impersonal style of it, promote specific beverages
